   Only issue we had is that our reservation wasn’t ready and we had to wait 30mind to be seated . Hostess wasn’t communicating in a professional manner

   Outstanding event. Everything was so organized, players came on time, the food n drinks was amazing & the staff was so nice & respectful. You guys definitely should do more events like this.

   Ozzy and Violet and the rest of the staff were super amazing. They took great care of us and I will definitely be back. The staff were very attentive. Everything was just on point and I love the ambience.

   Our server was great. But we had to ask for them to come around with meat, multiple times.

    I had the worst experience at this location on November 17,2024 I always go to the Fogo de chao in the city. This was my first time at the bk location but this was my son first time at fogo de chao all together.. we were so excited to eat and couldn’t wait to get served. My reservations was for 6pm I order a drink and flipped my circle to green. Around 6:20 one of the guys who was working the floored asked if anyone came to us yet and we explained NO. Around 10 minutes later we watch all the waiters go to this one area that had full tables maybe 6 or more people they just kept going there. Around 6:40 I still did not have my drink nor did any one come around with any type of meat for me or my son to eat. Once my son said to me that he felt like people who were other races were getting served before us I knew it was time to go. this was the worst experience I ever had with fogo de chao I usually have the best experience ever I was so disappointed that my son experience this at fogo de Chao. I told the waitress about not getting served yet and also her forgetting my drink she said she would go check about the service and at the bar for my drink but I was totally turned off. This is my favorite place so I will be going back but just not to the Brooklyn location.
