   The host at the door was extremely slow and disorganized. Then when the meat was being served our table got skipped soooo many times. Our server never showed up during the 90 minutes we spent there and then had to go and ask someone to bring the check and then after waiting forever we had to go and ask someone to take our money. This place is grossly mismanaged. Also there is not enough space and everyone is really crammed, especially at rhe salad bar area. It’s a shame, because this is a new location but we would not be going there again.

   The Cypress Fogo De Chao is beautiful. We were seated quickly and enjoyed an amazing dinner. Our only issue with our dinner is that the meat servers were far and few in our area. We could see them moving in the main area but would come sparingly through our area. I also think that maybe they would go starting in the center dining area and never make it to us and would not course correct to cover the missed areas. We did see the common cuts but never saw a cut of lamb or pork until the very last round.

   Our lunch was excellent. The meat and market choices were plentiful to accommodate many tastes. The meat choices included steak, chicken, lamb, and sausage. The market comes with many amazing choices. One of my favorites is the black bean soup. The service was very good considering how busy the restaurant was since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. We will definitely be going back for more Brazilian BBQ.

   Food was excellent. Service not so much. Didn’t get our drinks from the bar until after dinner was over. Rarely did anybody bring us water

   Our server was amazing! Cant recall her name but her makeup and hand drawn hearts we’re absolutely adorable. She was very welcoming and kept checking we were fine.

   Weird set up. Clients waiting for their table have to stand close to occupied tables, making sitting clients very uncomfortable. Salad bar is limited. Not worth it. Will not come back

   Our reservation for 2 was at 7 pm we were not seated until 7:30 and were lined up standing alongside the restaurant standing over people who were eating with others who were waiting. Our waitress was with us once to take drink orders but not again until we requested the check. Upon requesting the check we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be handed to us and had to ask another waiter to bring it as our waitress forgot. The meat was flavorful but cuts like the bottom sirloin were very dry (I ordered medium rare) and the ribeye was under seasoned to the point that I had to salt it myself. The drinks were a 10/10 and the best part of the meal (highly recommend the pineapple old fashioned). For the cost, I would advise you go to Chama gaucha on westheimer. Same concept, 100x better service and more variety and quality with cuts of meat.

   Brought sirloin and sirloin too many times. We requested the filet, but only brought one time. Shrimp was extra. Bring the grilled pineapple back, please !!!

    The restaurant was pretty empty but still was sat in a corner hidden. Asked for picanha medium yet it never came. Possibly due to the fact that we were sat in a blind spot. Waitress was friendly and asked what we needed but that didn’t help the meat get to our table. Ask for a large chimicuri and kept getting the tiny portion. Best part of the night was the bread. Did receive 3 refills. Experience was horrible at that location. Westhiemer location is our favorite and guess we will go back there.
