   The VIK 100-Point Vintage Wine Dinner was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The courses were well-paced and paired with excellent wines. A special mention goes to the manager Margarita, who gave insightful and helpful background on each wine throughout the night. She also shared a great tip that the caramelized bananas served during the second course were a perfect palate cleanser—a small detail that made a big impact. Servers Maria and Marily were kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and warmth added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a well-organized evening with great food, standout wines, and a fantastic team behind it all.

   I have been to this location many times and had great experiences. However, my Easter Sunday visit was the worst experience to date. It was fairly busy but not over whelming. It was full price menu and service was good, as it is consistently. However, they kept pushing non meat items and the same low cost meats constantly. It's the first time where the chicken items had more flavor than the over cooked chewy meats. I was able to receive (after many request) one cut of rib eye, one cut of filet mignon and two cuts of picanha sirloin, all lacked essential flavor. All meats came medium, even when you requested medium rare or rare. My biggest complaint was I waited over 30 minutes before I was seated for my 11am reservation, while over a dozen larger parties were seated before me, many who had arrive after me and one whose full party wasn't there and the hostess waited for the missing party and I still wasn't seated. I did receive the booth I requested. To be fair, Easter Sunday may have been an "off" day for the restaurant, but for me the experience left me wanting. I won't be returning to this location.

   Waited 20 minutes for my table even though I made a reservation. Service was not good at all. Barley saw our server and had to wait almost 30 minutes just for the check.

    This restaurant was a total dissapointment. Went here for my father in laws 90th birthday and we were excited. Started off ok, but soon went sour. The salad bar was fair, but all veggies were cold, not a fan. This place was expensive, and I barely got any meat. It was a long time in-between offerings, and then they gave us a sliver. The meat itself was tough and dry. They came and told us they knew they were giving us bad service, but that was it! We spent around $400 here for nothing. We finally complained to manager and he took a few dinners off, but that doesn't make it right. It was a very special occasion, but this restaurant let us down! Nothing for a 90th birthday, no apologies. I would rather eat at Eddie Vs a cross the way, same price but way better steak! What a rip off! I would never recommend this place! In fact, I will tell everyone I know not to eat here!
