   I arrived for my reservation at 7pm a little before 7 and was made to wait almost an hour before my friends and I were seated. Then to top it off people who arrived after us were seated before us.

   This place is a mob scene. Literally the loudest restaurant I’ve ever been in my life. It’s like being in a ball game. Service was terrible completely overworked waiters who were well meaning but just completely stretched then. Food was mediocre at best, last visit ever.

   Booked reservation for Mom’s birthday. Told the hostess and the wait staff about the birthday. Was told that they would give free dessert for the celebrant. At the end, my Mom never got anything. So we just paid the bill and left. Prior to leaving, I mentioned it again to the hostess, all she said was “sorry”. Food was okay - some meats were salty, others were bland.

   It was Veterans Day, so we congratulated two Veterans and spouses to dine here. We made reservations but were seated 15minutes later. Ambiance was positive. The salad bar was filled with a wide variety of delicious edibles, always nice to try something new. As it was busy, it took a longggg time to get the hot bread, we had to ask numerous wait staff. All in all, it was alright meal.

   I truly appreciate the 50% off meals for veterans on Veterans Day. Thank you! The service was slower than expected, though that could have been due to it being a Monday. However, I can see how the service might feel less satisfying if paying full price. A meal for three would have been around $160, so the discount was much appreciated.

   Scarlet was an absolute amazing host and very customer centric. Very mindful and friendly and willing to go the extra distance. Josh was an excellent server and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Gui was extremely attentive and had a upbeat attitude and super friendly. Can’t wait to go back again.
