   No too many options on the salad bar, need to take care the restrooms more often

   We went on New Year’s Eve; as expected, it was busy. However, the front hostess desk managed the crowd well, and our service was excellent. The service in the dining room was exceptional, considering how busy it was. Kudos to the front desk team and the dining room staff. I can only imagine how busy the kitchen was, so I can’t forget about those people there, too. Great job.

   This was the first time that I had eaten at this location. I was really looking forward to some great food and a great experience; however, both turned out to be average. They sat us in the back corner of a separate room and I think that the people who bring the meat sometimes forgot about this room. They didn't come nearly enough and there were times when we were literally looking around and wondering if they were going to stop by again or not. The food was average and not as good as I remember it being at the locations. We had two servers and they were decent. One of them seemed to really only want to refill our water glasses and let the other one do the rest of the work. She ended up clearing our dishes and taking the dessert order. One of our friends asked for the flaming cheese balls that he had eaten at another location. The server agreed to bring them and then never did. The desserts were overpriced. I was sort of disappointed at this whole experience. I probably wouldn't come back here since I have received better service and better food at other similar restaurants.

   Ive been to Fogo De Chão in Dallas and let me tell you this has been the worst experience we’ve ever encountered. I had asked our waiter if we had to grab own plates for the steak experience and responded with “if you want to”. Dallas location would place a plate for each person no questions asked. in fact they would offer a clean plate every time. I had to tell my waiter multiple times if they could please grab the dirty dishes from the table. We were a party of 10 which could get overwhelming, we all decided to do the steak experience.. once the workers with the steak came over I expected them to come around the table and ask each of us if we would like a slice but no instead they would scream across the table mind you it is already loud asking us if we would want a cut of the following steak. our waiter then would disappear for 20 mins while we were all parched. don’t even know how many times we had to ask him to refill our waters. With that being said I think management needs to take a trip to their Dallas location and learn from them. Very disappointed.

   My husband and I decided last minute to book a table here, we were seated quickly but waited a long time for a server to stop by to greet and offer waters. We Finally got in our drink order in, and sat even longer. Once the drinks FINALLY came the server ran off so we once again waited for him to come back. He returned about 10 min later and we both ordered the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE (the reason why we came here) We were told to head to the salad bar and start there-OK no prob BUT we come back and we had to ask for table settings, ask for water refills. In the 50-60 min we were there (just sitting) we were offered just 2 small slices of beef. Nobody ever returned after, we mentioned it to the server and asked him to please send some more meat options out and still nothing. We finally got tired after being hungry for so long we decided to ask for a manager to remove the meals so we could leave. He said he would and never returned to the table, we AGAIN had to hunt down the server for our bill. Overall it was TERRIBLE, the manager should have done a better job accommodating our checkout considering we just explained to him the situation and that we were leaving to go eat elsewhere. The girls sitting behind us also complained and left.

    Tables area were very crowded (close together). The Benches need to be redone because the sink too low for the table. Salad bar options were very low, needed replenishing and items weren’t that appetizing (could be because they were scrapings). If you chose to do the Brazilian experience, the meat options seemed less than what was offered in the menu, lots of Picana offered at different temperatures, but other meats were mostly medium rare (ribeye and sirloin). I’ve been to Fogo de Chao before in another state (Oakbrook IL) and it was an amazing clean and fancy experience. This location was subpar, very casual, and not the classy experience I expected.
