   Food is great but the service is even better!!! We ate Christmas dinner there and the service was wonderful. They were busy but very attentive, polite, warm and friendly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Fogo de Chão.

   Service was subpar, we got sat at a table by the window, we hardly ever got meat, despite literally begging them to come around. We complained twice and the waiter argued with us, so we just asked for the check and left. The salad bar was ok there are definitely more selections at other Brazilian places, overall I wasn’t impressed.

   We have eaten here several times and surprised how things went. Was seated at the farthest corner table in the restaurant, so the servers were not attentive to us. We had to try to get their attention. The gauchos were good coming around and when we asked for a specific type of meat, they brought it. Surprised that the hostess seated us where she did as I am handicapped and had to walk with a cane quite a way.

   We dinner last night at HB location. Michael our server was the best. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Alfredo also checked on us making sure everything was good.

   I can’t believe the friendly service and happy vibe we experienced this afternoon for lunch at the absolutely BEST Brazilian Steakhouse in So Cal.! Christmas time means an increase in customers, yet the speed of the gauchos slicing the meats and cocktail service was faster and more attentive than ever! Thanks so much to Nelson, Roberto, Renato, Gilbert, Leah and Valerie for their outstanding services. Now the meats: my favorite, lamb steak and chops, bottom sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken and steak were phenomenal! The sweet cheese bread rolls and everything at the buffet were super fresh and DEElicious! Why go anywhere else? Merry Christmas everyone and see you on New Year’s Eve!!! Ken & Kathi wish you all the best!! AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW, WE DISCOVERED THIS WAS OUR 25th VISIT SINCE APRIL 2024! WOW!!!! Needless to say, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fogo to everyone!!

   Set a reservation and had to wait about 30-40 min when arriving on time to still get seated for a party of 2. Ordered drinks and they didn’t arrive until I was done with my third plate of food and had to remind them about it. Food was great thank you to the waiter who realized the delay in everything and made sure the rest of our dinner arrived on time. Was told about a birthday dessert that was going to be given to me and it also never arrived. Probably won’t ever go back to this location again to celebrate my birthday

   The restaurant was overcrowded, and the staff appeared overwhelmed. Cocktails arrived late, and no follow-up for additional drinks was offered. Three in our party ordered the meat dinner, while one ordered from the regular menu. The latter meal arrived only after the others had finished and moved on to dessert, forcing that person to take their meal to go—a frustrating experience. The meat choices were tasty and good although the salad bar offer with all the meals was underwhelming, and the overall service did not justify the over $400 cost for four people. On a positive note, the servers were pleasant very apologetic and did their job to the best of their ability under the circumstances. Unfortunately, we left disappointed and would not return.
