   Service was extremely slow. It took quite a while to get our drinks, they didn’t bring meats by very often and we were waiting for a good 20 minutes for our check. I’ve been several times, without any issues. This was definitely an off night for them.

   Second time there and not as good as the first time. We went on the Special pricing and whether it was the special pricing, or where we sat, we did not get very visits from the servers. It turned out ok but there were multiple times of 10-15 minutes of waiting, with two hungry boys. This was supposed to be a fun family dinner and it was only ok, not great.

   Great place honestly, the servers were nice, the food was beautiful and tasty, they even had a customer service guy who just walked around and made sure everyone was doing good. At the end of the meal they literally just started handing out extra meat even if u didn’t pay for the full experience and I think that’s so much better than just wasting it and also the dessert was amazing and we had a reservation at 7:30 didn’t get sat until 7:50 but that’s okay it just means it’s a really good place and people enjoy it. Prices are really good for everything they offer.

   Food is amazing but expect to wait a while even if you make a reservation. We waited about 40 minutes before our table was ready.

   It took them over 45 mins just to get the check and the dessert. My toddler started to be bored and we have waited so long and had to talk to a manager just to pay for the bill. No discount was offered at all. I ate at Fogo de chao in Vegas, Beverly Hills, San Diego and Arizona and this is so far the worst experience for the long wait. Hope there was something they could do or apology but customer service was terrible.

   We had reservations at 6:45p and got seated past 7p for a party of 5. You are better off eating elsewhere for the price you pay. The meat was heavily salted and we didn't even get to taste all the different cuts. The gaucho with the picanha didn't even stop by our table after we saw him pass by twice and even after telling our server that we wanted that cut of meat. The only thing positive about the experience was the server who checked on us consistently and gave us a free dessert for my son's birthday. Never again will we come to this restaurant and give them our business! Seriously, you are better off going to the Keg!

   First time visiting and got there when it opened for Sunday brunch. By arriving there so early I cannot say our experience is a fair judgement compared to if we had come later and it was more busy. We both got the Brunch Market Table entree and added the Picanha select cut. Service was great, there was a decent variety of items in the market table buffet, and the steak was delicious. We'll definitely be trying it again sometime and going all in and getting the Churrasco Experience!
