They obviously way overbooked and misled folks at the front checkin. They finally called us 35min after our reservation only to tell us that it wasn’t ready and tried to give us a different beeper to delay us longer. Finally got to sit and the food was subpar to say the least. Most meat not cooked with blood dripping. You don’t have one waiter but rather whoever stops by your table — very rare. Took 20+ min to get final check. Worst Christmas dinner of my life.

Our reservation was for 2:45 on christmas day. We knew it was going to be crowded, but we didn't get seating until 3:16. The waiting area was congested/ packed and uncomfortable because of the close proximity of other patrons and the noise Overall. The food was good and the service was excellent.

The staff are wonderful! Salad bar options doesn’t taste fresh. Fruits not sweet at all. For $64 per person, the meat were okay.

It's an experience! The food is great, the cheese bread is alluring and even a vegetarian can get thier fill in a Churrascuria like this. the salad bar is loaded with hearty salad options, cheeses, meats, candied bacon, all the best salad toppings! and so very much more. The gauchos walk around with freshly grilled cuts of meat, they tell you what they are serving and then slice it off for you.. The sides are delicious. We went on Christmas Eve. Lively atmosphere. IncrediblyFestive!
