   Great food and service! I had the full churrasco and my husband had the indulgent churrasco. The food was absolutely delicious, and the meats were well-seasoned! We enjoyed the variety of the buffet! We even tried a pineapple shot when the wait staff came around with the cart and it was delicious! Overall, it was quite an awesome experience!

   My family celebrated Easter last year at Fogo de Chao in Providence, wonderful selections for the full experience including the market table, I still remember the star apple. I brought my nieces and my mom for dinner last Saturday, one niece is returning to L.A. The market table looked sparse; I ate some tomato slices with fresh mozzarella, some asparagus, prosciutto (presented in a pile, instead of individual slices), cheese and a cup of black bean soup, I asked out very nice waitress for a spoon, there were no spoons at the soup station. The bathroom ran out of paper towels (just after we were seated at our table, so I can wash my hands before dinner), people were using toilet paper, my company and I were there from 6:30pm to 8pm, I went to the bathroom again just before we left the restaurant, 1.5 hours later still no paper towels in the bathroom. One server spilled grease on my mom's coat, the staff were nice to clean it for her. Whoever was the manager that night, must have been asleep. Your story, your restaurant is selling an experience, it was mediocre last Saturday night, if it wasn't for our waitress, Monet - who was very attentive and personable, our dining experience would have been worse.

   I had the salmon for lunch....it came with a few sides. It was enough food for me. Remember that you don't have to get a Buffet for a meal..you can just order an entree. Great food, great service.

    As we have been to Fogo de Chai several times, we were very dissatisfied on our most recent visit. As we invited guests to dine with us who had never been to the restaurant before, our first disappointment was that the area opened to the kitchen was not open for seating. We all opted for the full Fogo experience. I must say the variety was clearly not as abundant as it has been in the past. As far as the service, we are used to the servers being hospitable; however, this evening they seem more like indentured servants who were not happy being there. Lastly, the sides for for people were solely inadequate-the mashed potatoes were the size of an ice cream scoop. We asked for more and never received them. With so many fine restaurants in Providence, this was our last visit to this dining establishment.
