   The salad bar was wonderful. I ordered Lamb Chops, and they were brought out. The other meats were very tasty.

   I had to ask for a manager to get served meat beyond chicken, and even the chicken was spotty. We were seated at a table that was in the corner near the door to the bar but that was not the issue. The issue came when we barely got served. The manager was phenomenal in resolving the issue but it was disappointing that I needed to take that step to get served.

   The service was far below what we expected. The meat service started right after we came back from the salad bar even though our cards were red. It took several asks to get drinks and refills.

   This is just not as good as the one location downtown. We had to wait a long time for people to come and serve us. Our waitress was nice enough, but she didn’t have much experience and struggled to communicate our requests. I was disappointed and won’t return to this location.

   Tables crowded together. Server has no idea what type of beer they have. Menu very expensive and they try to serve you chicken and sausage to fill you up so you don’t eat the good stuff. Steak was just ok, cuts are likely select or choice because meat not tender. Really not happy with the experience. Waitress happily did her own 5 star review as icing on the cake.

   Our experience began with the host team trying to seat us at a table that was covered with two napkins to cover glue left on the seating by a party from the night before. We asked to be moved which was accommodated however it was not until the majority of our meal was consumed that that our service was on par with what should be expected @$65.00 per head. The region manager came over and the service flipped to what I had come to expect from Fogo.

   The food is unmatched! Amazing salad bar, and endless offerings of perfectly cooked steaks. Do not miss the fried cheese with honey, or the Brazilian cheese bread! This is a busy location, so be sure to ask for what you want - servers are spread a bit thin and tend to focus on newly filled tables rather than returning to tables already served.

   It was a good experience overall. Lamb meats are not good at all. Service of food was kind of slow for a Monday night. Expensive.

    I had planned a surprise engagement party for my GF (now Fiancé). They were super accommodating going from an initial reservation of 4 to 17 people on the day of the event. Food was great servers were great. Obrigado Fogo de Chao.
