   This was such a disappointing experience. Our server was not the most attentive. Anytime we would request something (i.e. cheese bread, drinks, a birthday dessert) the request would be easily forgotten and we were so obviously being avoided. The new batch of lemonade that was being “made” never made it to us. Im assuming they were also making a fresh batch of soda as well because that never came either after multiple follow-ups. Requested cheese bread…followed up…server avoided table…followed up….end of meal…followed up…and cheese bread finally remembered. We came to celebrate my dad and son’s birthday. Ordered the chocolate molten cake and a scoop of ice cream for my son. 30min later a very rude server by the name of Special came with the worst attitude and our dessert. I asked for a candle for the ice cream so my son could blow out a candle and she laughed and gave the response, “ma’am the candle is on the cake! We can’t put a candle on ice cream (laughing) that’s not allowed and would just melt”. And yes, the server was told that we were celebrating them both when we ordered the dessert. I asked for the check and the drinks to be omitted from the bill since we never got them. And of course, no bill after another 30min. We probably would have never even gotten the check if I did not walk over to the bar and request the bill again from the manager Logan. The bill needed to be edited because of course, my request for the items not received were still on the bill. The only positive of the whole experience was the staff that came with the meats. They had wonderful customer service. If Logan had not come over to acknowledge the horrible experience we had, the great service of the staff serving the meats would have been completely forgotten.

   The had the churrasco experience. The meats were perfectly grilled and delicious. The Market Table and Feijoada Bar was was some what of a hit and miss. The service was good with the only exception being that we had to ask for meats several times because the “gauchos” seemed to ignore our table.

   Food was great, and service was excellent. Everyone made sure we had our fill, they kept the lamb chops coming. We appreciate that we have one locally.

   Service was good, we got the meats we wanted to try but food quality was horrible. Anything we have tried from ribeye to garlic steak was overly salty and low grade. Even the meats when rare, they were very chewy. This fogo location just lack of quality. Just go to a different one.

   Food was a disappointment. They failed to bring the majority of the meats to our side of restaurant. Most of the meat we did get to try was soooo dry you couldn't eat it.

    Nobody to blame but myself here. Do NOT go here on a holiday. It’s too busy and they can’t keep up. Didn’t get to enjoy the food because it rarely came. Had to ask for something multiple times, one time it came the other times it didn’t. You just wait and never get what you want. Ok on a normal day, really poor on holidays.
