The pizza is exquisite! This is what’s been missing in the neighborhood. Love the thin Italian-style pizza. Service was excellent as well.

Forno Mauri is a nice little pizza place right next to sister restaurant Sofi. Wonderful to have two excellent choices right there! If you want a higher end Italian feast, go to Sofi. If you want great pizza and a relaxed atmosphere, visit Forno Mauri. Very attentive service, a full range of pizzas with tasty ingredients and a nice selection of starters. I highly recommend!

Pizza SO GOOD it cannot be delivered. You must eat it here. Pizza SO GOOD I booked a table for 10 for my birthday next month after three different visits here. Each time, the simple but beautiful fare in this simple space is so fresh and perfect, and the authentically Italian service so Italian, you cannot help but be charmed by it all. The love I have for the pizza at Spacca Napoli way up north is FINALLY surpassed right around the corner from me in Printers Row at Forno Mauri. A great addition to the neighborhood.

This is a charming venue sister of the outstanding Sofi Restaurant. As a pizza restaurant, it has stiff competition from its neighbor Roots. The salads are ample, fresh, and delicious! The drinks are rather pricey, particularly the beer. There seems to be a learning curve for some mixed drinks, but the wine is always great. This is not an American pizza! The dining experience attempts to duplicate the type of pizza one would eat in Italy. The dough is light and thin. There is a variety of toppings to satisfy most people. The ingredients are fresh. The taste experience was divided in my party. Those who have eaten pizza in Italy rated these as average. I personally enjoyed both pizzas and would rate them as just above average.

Hello Maria! Thank you for dining with us! You say my pizza is above average but give us 3 stars and then mention another pizzeria which is not even a competitor and has a totally different kind of pizza. Kindly review my restaurant only. Feel free to review the other restaurant on their platform and don't use mine to promote their business. I'm sure you would not like it if someone did that to you. All the best! Maurizio Michi
