   Outstanding dining experience. Beautiful exterior and interior. Nice chill vibe. Attractive menu and wine list. Delicious entrees -- sea bass, salmon, gnocci, and steak frites. Laid back service which fit our desire to relax and converse. Looking forward to returning for lunch or another dinner.

   The restaurant is beautiful inside and definitely worth eating at. We dined there last night. Our experience was very nice (aside from the steaks being lukewarm)… we told the server and she was very helpful. They made up for the steaks by treating us to desserts which was extremely kind of the restaurant. They definitely cared.  This is a fantastic restaurant to go to because the noise level is very low. We were eating with our in-laws so it was nice that they could actually hear us all:)! It’s challenging to find restaurants that aren’t blurring the music. Frances has a great menu for meat eaters or as a vegetarian there are some good options. I’m surprised this restaurant isn’t busier because I find the food to be better than Le Ami (at global Embassador) etc. I would highly recommend trying it. Additionally, it’s the best spot for lunch. They have wonderful salads.

   We have been coming here for years. Always consistently great food and excellent staff. This time the food didn’t live up to usual standards. Olives were delicious. We ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. Bread on the sandwich was tough and didn’t taste fresh. The sandwich was cold even though it was to be grilled and served warm. French fries which are always hot and delicious were cold and seemed day old. We love Francine’s and will still be back. We know once in awhile places have an off day.

    We tried Francine for the first time this weekend. The food was amazing. Our service was outstanding. We will definitely come back often!
