   Highly recommend the beef burger and the Korean burger! They were both *chef’s kiss* Our kiddos both loved the kids menu items too

   Unfortunately all our meals were very average. My hotcakes were dry and hard to cut. The Haloumi was extremely salty and the sides especially the beans had virtually no flavour. The kids had popcorn chicken and a kids burger. The popcorn chicken again had very little flavour and the 9 year old wouldn’t eat his burger as it wasn’t nice. As we were on a time crunch we only had time to quickly comment on the sides. I have been coming here for a few years now and unfortunately my last 3 visits have been similar. I couldn’t fault the service though especially the young man who works there just a shame the food is not up to scratch

   Went for Sunday Breakfast - ordered Hotcakes - OMG the best hotcakes I’ve ever had - and beautifully presented. Staff were really friendly. First time that I’ve been to Frankie’s and it definitely won’t be the last

   Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Very noise inside so we opted to sit outside which was satisfactory.

   Need to change the menu and include some lighter lunch menu ie: sandwich stir-fry I found you had to many burgers and if you cut down the size of some of the breakfast meal and charge a little less you may get a few more people in also the staff were just standing around talking until a customer came In

   As usual the experience was terrific. The noise was very overwhelming but to be expected when really busy. The staff are amazing and engage with customers.

   Outstanding service, food was amazing. They were so sweet to make my a lil birthday sign. This is my favourite place to go because the coffee is always amazing! And the eggs Benny is the best.

   We had Yummy food and coffee as usual which is why I keep coming back 💗The service is always good and the staff friendly. All 4 people thoroughly enjoyed their meals and drinks

    ALWAYS happy and satisfied with Frankies Lakeside Pakenham! Love that they change up the menu but keep my favourites too. BEST COFFEE in Melbourne!
