   The ambience at Frankie’s is excellent. Alex and Daniel did a nice job with service but Perry ‘knocked it out of the park’ and made our experience sincere, warm and authentic. Without Perry the evening would have been average. He made it exceptional. The salads were very good; burrata and Cesear. Steak was superb. Seafood was average. Cocktails very good. Excellent wine selection. Dessert good. Thanks to Perry!!!!

   It was my first visit to this location to celebrate my 35th wedding anniversary, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was delicious and cooked to order as requested, and the wait staff was friendly. They also refused to let my water glass go dry which is huge for me. And even at the end, bringing us an anniversary cake was a big surprise. I did not expect that one. Even though the bill was very pricey, we are delighted that we made Frankie's part of our celebration night.

   I have been to this location many times over the years and always have found it to be a eight out of 10 with excellent food. On this particular visit I was very disappointed in both the food and customer service. The restaurant appeared to be about 80% full so we’re not sure where the trouble came from. I hope they resolve any issues and return to being the eight out of 10.

   What a great restaurant. Service is amazing. And the food is spectacular. Everything from the crabcakes to the dessert. Every steak was amazing. The only negative to this entire experience is the restaurant. It’s just a little loud.

   Really great service. Leon Erica and Brooklyn made sure my girlfriend and had everything we needed and was also knowledgeable of food items. Overall great experience

   Service was horrible . Took forever. Jeff was super arrogant. Food was average and way overpriced . Bartender was rude. Never going back there.
