    I’ve been to Fratellis many times in my 32 years in WS. However it has progressively old feeling and always put in the back room The food is not what it once was. My steak felt akin to longhorn steak house. Baked potato was not cooked through. Moving on to Ryan’s Steakhouse

    We love Fratelli’s! A must visit every time we come to Winston Salem. The menu is so great. I could try a different item every visit.

    After having a reservations, still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Then got seated at the bar area, which was very loud. He would think the amount of money you’re paying you would not be seated at the bar area. Food was a little salty, order a fillet which was very good, the baked potato with warm barely melted the butter, the mushrooms were hardly even cooked.

    We had a reservation and were seated outside on the heated patio. The ambiance there was lacking and the service was very poor. The food was delicious as always but that was overshadowed by our location and lack of check ins from the staff.
