    Great service, beautiful location, terrible food. Had salmon that was crunchy on the outside and cold and raw on the inside on top of a flavorless salad. The bang bang shrimp was deep fried and not all the way served on a bland salad of some sort. The white chicken chile was decent: I give up on this place, I keep hoping the food will get better, but it’s always so disappointing.

    We come back a couple times a year or two that side of the state just for this restaurant. The ambience. We’ve always had great service from the staff. We celebrated two birthdays tonight. The waiter went out of his way to make it a very special night for us and we appreciate that! At some point once the night time lights came on outside there’s a flood light that Cheyenne straight into the restaurant that you really cannot escape and it’s very annoying to the patrons in the restaurant because everybody has to shift around their table or move tables because it’s so bright. I would hope that there must be a way to Move that light at least while the restaurant is open for dinner and then turn it back on again afterwards.

    The server was fantastic a very sweet women, we had a table next to the window and it was a great view. The food tasted great, the restaurant seems more suited for someone that knows a lot more about flavor profiles. I had to google a bunch of the options to see what it was and what it would taste like. Very quiet inside, there was no kids running around. We didn’t drink but they had a large selection on hand. Server was ready to answer all questions.

    Beautiful restaurant on the Fox River overlooking the damn. Food is always good and service impeccable. It is always a choice to bring friends from out of town or for a nice, relaxed dinner. The bar area is also a nice place to share a drink or two alone or with friends. Their shareables are amazing. We often make a meal of them. Ambience and quality at a respectful price.

    Matt was our waiter and he was PERFECT! Knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and very pleasant. Highly recommend. The food was exceptional. The water and duck views were spectacular. 10 out of 10.

    I absolutely love Fratello's. The food is amazing as always, the setting is always nice and most of the service is excellent. I think our waiter was a little too much focused on my partner. I didn't feel that equal service was there. It is my job to treat my partner like the queen she is. Definitely not my waiter. But overall. I love Fratello's and will continue to go.
