   Enjoyed the ambience at Frenzy's and the food was lovely what we had. Would love a choice of oysters but over all very nice. Some of our guests even joined the club while they were there.

   Breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety on offer. Toaster is a bit slow. Coffee/ hot water machine a bit confusing. Great customer service on offer.

   We was sat in the mozza area which was absolutely beautiful but was extremely disgusted with the amount of black mould all over the roof, considering there is heaps of food around its very concerning

   The mussels and prawns were very nice but when food became empty they didn't refill them so I missed out on a lot of food and I got there at 7 16. Still worth $47 the mussels alone was worth it and they people clearing the tables were lovely and come over offen

   I recently dined at Southport Sharks Restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. While the food and service were great, there were a few hiccups. When we arrived, the instructions for checking in weren’t very clear. We had to stand around wondering where to go because there were no signs directing us to the reservation area. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage or instructions, especially since we had a table reservation. A nice touch, especially since it was Valentine's Day, was the complimentary drink offered upon arrival. As for the food, it was fantastic! The grilled seafood platter was fresh and flavorful, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The sides complemented the mains beautifully, and the chocolate mousse for dessert was definitely a treat. However, we were disappointed with the seating arrangement. We had requested a table near the buffet area, but instead, we were seated close to a very noisy section where the music was so loud we could hardly have a conversation. The tables near the buffet would have kept us away from the noise, so our table choice was a letdown. One downside was the parking situation. The car park was completely full, and we had to drive around searching for a spot. Although there was a section that indicated $5 parking, we found it frustrating that the free parking was full, and the paid parking was somewhat isolated. Given the high price of the meals, we thought that free parking should be more readily available and better distributed. Despite the minor issues with check-in, seating, and parking, the dining experience was enjoyable. Southport Sharks Restaurant is definitely worth a visit, and I look forward to coming back—hopefully with a clearer check-in process, better seating, and improved parking availability!

   Checking in arrangements were woeful. Stood in one queue to pay. Only to stand in another queue to receive a table number. It was too expensive for the amount of food that we ate.

   This was one of the worst buffet dinners. Yes there were lots of choices, unfortunately food was cold and the wait staff, and servers were rude and unmotivated. No welcomes no hi how are yous. Was supposed to be a special meal for NZ and the food on offer was just everyday Australian food. Sorry this will be a place me and the family will not return too. For $54 a non member meal - would of got more value at Macca's. Would rate lower, but can't. Very disappointed.

    Really enjoyed the dance and music show for waitangi day, amazing! The buffet was plentiful and relatively good food, however it closed at 830pm and our booking was 730om so we ran out of time to enjoy everything. We had a nice evening, the staff clearing were efficient and friendly, great place for live music.
