   I booked a girls day for myself and two friends. I found this brunch and bingo @Fringe and we were very excited! Once we got there it was a bit chaotic and no one really knew what was going on. We were seated upstairs and were told to venture downstairs for a buffet… When i think buffet i think a bunch of different foods with all extras you could need…. Big disappointment, there were eight things to choose from, regular egg no seasoning, cheese eggs no seasoning, over cooked bacon, sausage, grits, two seafood options, mini waffles and chicken(only thing editable to me), no menu items listed before signing up just pictures of food so i would assume the buffet options would be close to them. Nope. We each order drinks (not included) eat then bingo starts. Now i have played bingo plenty of times and this was more quizno/bingo which was not explained when you signed up. Kind of took the fun out of it since im not great with music titles. So time check out bill is 15$ more dollars then it should have been about 10$ in tax the event never stated price before tax so we all assumed it would be strictly 35$/person nope… so that plus drinks was about 55$/person for horrible food and not the experience we were hoping for. Just not for us, hopefully everyone else enjoyed themselves.

   Food was spectacular and the staff were super friendly. Also I can’t forget to mention their delicious cocktails.

   They were out of several drink choices. The poor waiter had to keep apologizing. The wait for drinks was longer than expected, but the attentiveness of the wait staff made up for it.

   Went today for brunch got there early before they opened and they gratuitously let us stay inside until they were ready for us.Once seated Molly was our server and she was personable and friendly. Food was great and atmosphere was very nice . Definitely will be back

   Great place before or after a show—but people should also stop in other times. The outdoor area is great; the building is cool. There is be something for everyone that on the menu. Friendly service. Excellent cocktails.

    We got a table for dinner before a Fringe show. Our waiter was lovely and I would have given the service 5 stars if all of the service was as good as she gave us. However, the bar staff was overwhelmed and understaffed for a show evening and it was hard to get someone to wait on us when we moved to the bar after our dinner. We also tried to get a drink during intermission and again, they were overwhelmed for the influx of people on a show night. I think they could have used just one more person back there as 2 was not enough. I will say that everyone was very nice, from the host who greeted us to all of the waitstaff. The food, unfortunately, was not great. I remember eating here years ago (pre-pandemic) and having a very good meal. It's definitely gone downhill in the years since. As an appetizer we ordered the heirloom tomato flatbread. It was inconsistently cooked--too chewy in some places and almost too hard to bite through in others. Perhaps just a bad dough recipe to begin with? The green sauce on top was very sloppy and not very flavorful. I would have preferred the heirloom tomatoes on their own, tbh. I got the fried fish and it was overcooked and chewy and needed seasoning. The cucumber salad was delicious though, and the saving grace on my plate. My partner did enjoy the hot chicken. There were different types of fries on each plate, which was odd but both were unremarkable. I sort of wished I had ordered a burger which may have been a safer choice. We ate because we were hungry and had no other options given the time frame but next time we come to a show at the Fringe we will likely eat elsewhere first. I do hope they find ways to improve their food and are prepared for a crowd next time there is a show as the concept is great and the location and view are amazing.
