歡迎來到 Fuzzy April 四月餐廳酒吧

1.平日低消一人一個餐或飲品/週末低消$600/人

週五、週六我們線上訂位會預收＄300/每人作為訂金。款項將會在結帳時扣除，如果No Show 我們才會收取這筆費用。

線上訂位系統僅開放30天以內之預訂。訂位無法指定座位，我們會依當日訂位狀況調整至最適當的位置，並保有座位更動的權利。

2. 四月基本可容納人數為35席。
接受多人數團體預定，超過4人以上人數的訂位，
無法在平台上預約，麻煩請來電或在IG粉絲專頁上
向我們確認及預定。

3.如有任何需求，麻煩請來電詢問現場座位狀況。

4.用餐時間限制為150分鐘，依訂位時間開始計算。

B.營業時間：
1. 每日營業時間：18:00 - 02:00
2. 如遇特別節日或活動，需機動性調整營業時間
或臨時店休日，我們會提前在IG粉絲專頁上
隨時更新並告知原先已訂位之客人。

4.廚房餐點最後加點時間
日-四為23：00
五-六為00：00。

C.變更與取消：
1. 如需更改或取消預訂，請於該訂位時間的3日前，
透過網路訂位系統進行變更。

2.若有臨時變更訂位及人數的需求，
請來電告知並由現場人員協助調整。

3. 訂位將為您保留10分鐘，若無法準時抵達，
請來電告知。

D.私人包場和活動：
1. 提供私人、特殊活動之包場項目以及特別菜單的服務，但需於至少一個月前透過電話或IG粉絲專頁與我們聯繫規劃，並於二週前會與您確認時間是否更動修改。

2.此服務需預付訂金。

3.現場一次性容納人數最多可達30人。

E.餐廳規定：
1. 如有輪椅與行動不便需協助之顧客請提前聯絡服務團隊。

2. 搭餐飲品如有非客製化之特別個人需求，請於訂位時填寫於備註欄內，但不保證會滿足您的需求。

3. 如有任何像是食材過敏、特殊忌口、素食等需求請填寫於備註欄內，我們會盡力避免誤食的狀況發生。

4. 本公司保有更換、更改菜單、酒單之權力。

5. 本公司保有如遇不可抗拒之因素及意外，取消訂位或更改之權力。

6. 可能會因現場座位上的需求，安排至吧台座位。

F.其他：
1. 所有的消費需加10%服務費。

2. 由於我們希望降低對周遭鄰里與環境的影響，希望您不要製造過大的聲響。

3. 有吸煙習慣的客人要請您往戶外多走幾步路，到我們擺設煙灰缸的地方，並勿隨地亂丟煙蒂、垃圾。
