Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

    Easily a new favorite restaurant in CDMX! Great hospitality, creative drinks, carefully prepared foods that are simple and delicious. Great salads, including grapes with xo, roasted beets, njuda toast, crudo, cabbage side, and an awesome pork tomahawk with pineapple! Desserts are not to be missed & I even recommend ordering all of them as they are small and refreshing. If I lived in Mexico City this will be a frequent spot.

    he asistido a comer a gaba desde que aperturo hace 1 año . Siembre ha sido excelente ya que he visitados múltiples ocasiones. Pero la experiencia que tuve hace unos días no fue agradable. Su cocina siempre ha sido sobresaliente. Pero en días pasados después de terminar mi cena con unos amigos y en la sobre mesa, se nos acerco uno de los meseros a comentar que no podíamos subir el volumen de la voz. Acto seguido creo que no es una biblioteca es un restaurante donde pretendes pasar una linda velada. Se me hace falta de respeto y además es un lugar nada accesible por eso asistes por la experiencia NO REGRESO

    The best restaurant in CDMX. Better food than Pujol, Quintonil, Contramar. And certainly better ambiance.
