Gabby is an experiential dining room that delivers a one of one eating experience centered around good food, good music, good people, and good vibes. open on weekends only...for now. The menu is curated by Gabrielle McBay and the 'culinary arts club' at Gabby.

Each guest will enjoy a classy tasting menu, curated soundtrack, and storytelling while enjoying the company of their dinner table. Custom goods, "snacks", and stylish sips will also be available for purchase in the gallery.

Gallery experiences include Brunch from 1-3 PM and Dinner (two seatings at 5 pm and 8 pm).

*Please note under seating options the counter is our community table. Think long table family style dining.

I had pleasure of eating brunch at Gabby and I enjoyed every bite. I had the breakfast burrito AND the french toast with a couple of mimosas. The staff was very sweet and personable. I talked to Gabby for a little bit, and she was very kind and appreciative of my patronage. I will definitely be back very soon to try the dinner menu. I can't wait until they have a permanent spot!

We attended on a busy night, NYE, and the team did a great job at providing awesome customer service with such a busy venue. The food was very tasty. I knew from the salad, to expect great bites all night. Looking forward to attending a brunch here, the menu looks lovely.

I came to Gabby for New Year’s Eve and had such an amazing time! The DJ was excellent and I loved the setup of the space with the ability to see the chefs cooking right in front of me. The vibe was just right for a low-key NYE experience, with complimentary champagne while I waited for my table and another for the midnight toast. I ordered the scallops which were a bit over cooked but seasoned extremely well. The red velvet cake was the star of the show for me, best I’ve ever had! I plan to come back for brunch hours soon.

Loved everything at Gabby! Food was delicious and the decor was so unique, intimate, and warm. Definitely need to come back for dinner service.

I loved getting to dine at Gabby’s. The food and drinks were great. The playlist was perfect. Gabby came around and checked on each guest during brunch. She was SO down to earth and truly cared about making our experience memorable. Her food was great but her intentionality is what really blew me away. Her energy just felt so genuine. She deserves the whole city’s support. I can’t wait to come back!

The food was the star of the show, and the energy was just as great. Not your typical restaurant. Felt like a dinner party at a friend's house with a fun playlist to set the mood.

Awesome Awesome experience!! The food was beautifully presented and DELICIOUS!!! I absolutely loved the ambiance for brunch. The festive decor and wall art was just the right touch and the DJ had a playlist that was absolute FIRE! I’m looking forward to having another wonderful experience at Gabby’s!
