   They brought out a lot of poor cuts of meat some of the meat was old. Some of the food was cold and very disappointed. This will be our last time going there.

   There is no excuse if it was a holiday or not, waiting 30 minutes for a waiter to not only greet us but to give us water, plates, or anything is beyond disappointing. Then after those 30 minutes of waiting and finally getting water and a partial server, I took matters into my own hands and got a plate from the salad bar for the meats in which a span of 20-25 minutes only received 3 different meats, so I decided that this was not the experience I want and requested for a manager…

   We’ve eaten here multiple times with great experiences, but Valentines Day 2025 was disappointing and service lacked big time. It seemed to be over booked and understaffed; wait times were horrible and limited meat selections were coming to our table. They packed tables in the party room and it felt not so romantic. This never happened here before. The valentines rate was higher than normal rate and we got less for our money. We saw a couple leave bc no one approached their table or ever took a drink order. We had to find a waiter for drinks and sides. I think the ambience and intention was there but the delivery of service didn’t match.

   Our waitress Veronica was amazing. I was disappointed in the frequency of meat choices. It seemed that we had to continually request meat to come to our table.

   We went for restaurant week deal. They placed us in a back room with several large parties that were extremely noisy! We could not hear each other. Also, we waited long periods of time between the limited meat selections. Furthermore, did not have all the dessert items listed. The salad bar was very limited compared to the other Brazilian steakhouses. However, the waitress was good. If they are trying to attract more / new customers with this deal it was done poorly!

   This is one of my favorite places to go. I love the food. Best by far places to go and dine. Don't go to any of the other Brazilian places.

   Went for Restaurant Week. Severely disappointed by the lack of items in the salad bar, along with the speed and quality of service. It took 15 mins for a server to acknowledge us and another 20 to get our drinks. When he arrived, he didn’t introduce himself or greet us in any way, just opened with “do you want drinks?” We were never offered a plate change, or offered another drink. The meats were coming out very slowly and without variety, until we asked our server for specific items. At the end, we asked for a box for leftover desserts, which he forgot twice and also took around 15 minutes to bring. At that point of the night the restaurant had slowed down, and it was very disappointing to see other adjacent tables get better service than us, and a better attitude. There was a young lady who only spoke Spanish was turning tables around and assisting the servers in the area and she was really nice. Unclear if I’ll come back.

    We were incredibly disappointed with our experience. The salad bar was lacking. We were only offered about 6 different meat options from the waiters, and waited a significant amount of time between meat offerings. We ordered drinks multiple times before the waiter remembered to bring them. The last round was never brought. Our party of four all commented that this was the first time we’ve ever left a Brazilian steakhouse and not felt full. We spent over 2 hours at the restaurant attempting to complete our meal and finally had to ask for our check after 20 minutes of completing our dessert.
