    Presentation and food were below our expectations… cold fries, charcuterie board was uninspiring… very disappointing compared to previous visits. Not a very good foodie experience.

    Wow !! Wow !! Quoi dire de mieux que l’´accueil dès notre arrivée , nous sommes pris en charge par Ludovic et ce fut le coup de foudre !! Belle personnalité et beaucoup d’entregent !! Excellente écoute et Réponse à toute nos questions!! Le Menu est extraordinaire et en plus quoi demander de mieux , Absolument rien seulement déjà à voir hâte au prochain rv car ce fut mémorable A Tout les points de vues ‘ !

    Bon service rapide et poli. Beau décor. Très déçus de la qualité du repas. En entrée nous avons pris les bonbons de saumon : aucun goût! Et les goûts de la salade avec pommes céleris et menthe ne s'accordent pas du tout. le ceviche était correct Les escargots, nous avons été incapables de reconnaître le goût tellement le plat était piquant. Les arancinis étaient bons. La macreuse était très bien cuite. Et la crème brûlée a l'érable était littéralement brûlée, nous avions le goût du cramé dans la bouche. Grosse déception pour le prix payé. Assurément nous n'y reviendrons pas!

    Très belle expérience au Gaspar, la nourriture était excellente. Je n’ai aucune critique à donner sur le service, Ludovic était notre serveur et il a fait un travail remarquable. Je recommande sans hésiter!

    Walking distance from quai Jacques Cartier so great for dinning after seeing Kaops! Service very friendly in Afrench and or English. Food was very good. Only comment would be that food could have been a little hotter but honestly it was very good.

    We really enjoyed our brunch!! Great place to try local fine dishes. Ludo, our waiter, was excellent!!! Extremely welcoming personality, attentive service, and went above and beyond!

    Un endroit à découvrir. Je croyais que cet endroit était pour les touristes, mais non, simplement un endroit à découvrir. Service et nourriture a la hauteur. Vin au verre a prix élevé. Une belle expérience a revivre !
