The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

I loved it there and would definitely come back. Everyone was 10/10. The only sad issue I had was i’m allergic to pork and didn’t realize the amount of pork options they had before going. However! The meats are to die for. I recommend it 100000%

We dined to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. The food is amazing. However, the service is even better! The level of attentiveness truly makes the dining experience one of the best in town.

We are regulars Gauchos and was sad that the food quality and service was not up to par as usual. The meats were tough and some still had hard Cartilage inside. The service took forever and one server came to my table and when another table waved them down they left us to talk to them.

I recently dined at Gauchos Do Sul - Vintage Park, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding; I never had to ask for a drink refill, which was particularly impressive given how much my daughter drinks during meals. The food bar choices were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the shrimp. Everyone was very courteous, and we never had to wait long for another serving of those delicious meats. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend!

This place is beyond amazing and will leave you speechless. We have been many times and Valentine’s Day was no exception. There was NO blip in service, food quality and ambience. We will continue to highly recommend. There is something g here for everyone and their new cocktail menu is the best in Houston.
