The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

The food is consistently good. The staff is just a little too overzealous to switch out your plate before you’re done eating. I had one lady take the drink out of my hand to fill it up. It might be just more training needed by the staff. It seems like they’re just trying to rush you through there to get you out. I don’t like that experience.

Dined here for the first time on Christmas Eve. The food was good especially the salad bar and cheese rolls and grilled pineapple. The service was top notch and Alex was particularly attentive.

The food and the cuts of meats, salad bar is top notch, service is 5 star, one of our favorite restaurants! Have been here several times and service and quality are great on every visit over a few years that we have been patrons.

This was our first visit. The food was excellent, the service was also excellent. I thought the price was worth the over all experience. The only complaint I had was it was a bit too dark in the restaurant.

Perfect in every way! Service was incredible, all friendly and professional! The food from the salad bar to the vast array of deliciously roasted/ grilled meats were beyond incredible!!! This restaurant is amazing! For any special occasion Gauchos is a must! Thank you to all the staff for making my wife’s birthday dinner incredible!

We've dined Gauchos for our Company Christmas dinner each year and every year is a great experience. I would say it gets better each year. I've visted with my family and is always a great experience as well. I've have dined other Brazilian Steak Houses similiar to Gauchos but I can say Gauchos is by far the best. It beats them all in service, food, ambiance, etc. It's true, you get what you pay for and it is worth what you get at Gauchos Vintage Park!
