Everything was only problem we had was that our liquor glasses was dirty and liquor had something in it every time

Wasn't a fan of the seating area or the food. Both me and my wife's steaks were dry and I ordered cooked medium. The seating in a Valentine's day dinner in the banquet area was not ok, I did request a booth seating.

We went with our friends as a table of four to Gino’s for Valentine’s Day. We ate about 4 PM. Two of us had steaks which were done perfectly and were very very tasty. The other two had Seabass and salmon. The Seabass was extremely succulent and delicious. The salmon Was very good, although maybe a little overcooked. Lisa, our server was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine’s Day at Gino’s.

We usually have a great experience dining with you. Our server this time was just ok. Not very attentive as the servers we usually have.

While, the food was good. The amount of money we paid so that we could sit in a banquet hall style was extremely disappointing and not what we expected. At no time were we given the choice to sit in the regular restaurant nor was our meal discounted. I am sure we paid as much as the people that were sitting in the regular restaurant. Very disheartening.

First time visiting and we had a great experience. Staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was very well seasoned and came out hot. My favorite was the lobster bisque soup. The steaks were seasoned to perfection and didn’t really need the lump crab meat but was great addition. We came for a birthday celebration We will return

Our server was Lauren and she was absolutely perfect. Attentive but not overly so, very knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant is gorgetous and the food is really really top notch. We have been there before and noticed they have actually reduced their pricing on several items! The prices were moderate for such an upscale experience we can't wait to be back!
