   Our reservation this evening was for 6pm. After waiting 45 minutes, I checked on our table and we were told there were 2 ahead of us. 15 min later my husband checked on our table and the very young hostesses told him they gave our table to someone else. They said they'd seat us as soon as possible and then proceeded to seat a 7pm reservation. I asked for the manager after the girls told me to" look around honey, there are people everywhere.". She told me the manager would speak to me when she has time. I asked the bartender to speak with the manager. She got her immediately and got us seated. We've been to Gino's for Christmas eve many years and have never encountered waiting like this for a reservation. Many people were upset about the wait we encountered and the way we were treated. Dinner was enjoyable and good as always. Our server and our gentleman refilling our water and packing our food were great and we tipped them both on top of gratuity added to our check. We appreciate good service but after this experience we will be dining elsewhere for Christmas Eve. In my opinion, as a manager, I would have addressed the many people waiting on their reservations and thanked them for their patience. Instead the hostesses were very disrespectful and didn't offer an apology but instead an explanation. Overall this was a disappointing start to our family holiday.

   Excellent experience with Kristi Z as our server. Super busy night before Xmas and full staff was hustling. Everything was great, made even better by EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend.

   We had a very nice time. It was very busy on Christmas Eve, but we got right in with our reservation. The service was excellent. The food was very good. There was a wait for the food as it was extremely busy, but we had a great experience.

   Very tasty food. Service was great. Appreciated bread basket refill and constant water refills without asking. Waitress was super nice.

   The steaks were perfectly cooked, the dessert was heavenly - pound cake filled with a nutty fluffy whipped cream. The kitchen was slow, we sat at 5 and the main course came at 6:20, but it was a busy Christmas Eve night. Cocktails were on the weak side considering the price. Wine might be a better choice. I will definitely go back on a less busy night for the best steaks I have found in Dyer so far…..

   It was my wife’s Birthday and that was never acknowledged, our server did a poor job and wreaked of cigarettes which isn’t appetizing at all. No refills for our drinks, food was forgotten and had to be asked for and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Adding a 20% gratuity to a table of 6, ensures less than great service. Very disappointing

   The food was amazing from the delicious sweet peppers and Oyster Rockefeller, to the perfectly prepared Ribeye and Lobster tail. Everything was absolutely delicious! The winter candy martini was superb!! Overall great experience! Great service! Great ambiance!’ We will be back!’

   We had an amazing time. In town for a client meeting and we’re with us for dinner. Food was fantastic and Lisa was the most amazing and fun waitress we’ve ever had. She made it so fun and all her recommendations were on point. Owner stopped by to say hi and it was his birthday. What an amazing experience! Thank you, all!

    Delicious bone in ribeye with great cocktails and a very quiet evening at a perfect table for four. JOSH did a great job serving us and we all enjoyed the evening very much. I have had five stops at this restaurant over the past five months and they have all been very good.
