Glass – ristorante guidato in cucina dalla chef stellata Cristina Bowerman – si distingue dalla realtà trasteverina in cui è immerso, sia per la proposta gastronomica che offre, sia per il suo design contemporaneo ed essenziale. In un quartiere affascinante, entrato nel nostro immaginario per i muri scrostati, i panni stesi al sole ad asciugare e le vecchie facciate incorniciate dall’edera, Glass rappresenta un’eccezione unica e una sorpresa per chi sceglie di andare alla scoperta dei piatti della Chef.       Ristorante stellato in un ambiente molto curato. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione con l'abbinamento dei vini proposto dallo chef. Siamo stati molto bene, coccolati dal personale e da Cristina che è un'eccellente padrona di casa. E' un'esperienza che vale la pena di fare !

      Excellent food, ambiance and service. Food was presented well and had great flavors. Did the wine pairing and that was excellent, trying wines normally I wouldn’t experience!

      It was an excellent experience! The food was great! The pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano and the duck breast were delicious! Verônica, our attendant, is very special, and she understands Portuguese!
