Ghost town and expensive restaurant and was not greeted when I’m the only guest at the door

Decided to come here based on a recommendation for fresh pasta. Heads up, not a place that serves fresh pasta. Made reservations and walked in and was surprised the place was almost empty. Young lady sat us down and bartender came over to help the lone waiter. Bartender was a great guy that helped us with out drinks for the evening. He was nice enough to put the baseball game on for me as well. Figured we would go light on appetizer since we were getting pasta and went with the bruschetta. That was so awesome, the balsamic glaze was perfect and the mozzarella was super fresh and creamy. Entree's came and we got baked ziti and spaghetti goat vine special. I'm hoping this place does well since the food was great. I understand being short staffed if not busy, so please go on out and support goat and vine in plano.

The restaurant is very beautiful! Everything thing else was horrible. Upon arrival we were advised that they were in the process of changing menus so there were a lot of items (most) that were not available. There was no bartender at 1:00 pm so we were advised that we could only order drinks that contained no liquor… this ended up being very large glasses of orange juice with a splash of Prosecco. There were only 3 people working the entire restaurant so service was really slow. We decided to leave after the disappointing cocktails after reading reviews and realizing the odds for a great visit were not in our favor. This place has so much potential. I hope they figure out how to get it right.

We waited for one hour for appetizers and then another 30 minutes for the main dish.

We were there to celebrate two birthdays. We should’ve left when we got there, the waiter was saying he had two tables in the back and it would be a moment before he was able to help us. I made reservations and the table was not set. It took 15 minutes to get water and additional 25 minutes to get one drink. at that point, he communicated that they were down to waiters, dishwasher and perhaps another person. No manager since we had already been there for about 45 minutes, which decided to stick it through, we basically got our food over an hour of being there. Half of the food was burnt. We also learned that they just got under new management and we’re closed for a week and just reopened. They were obviously not ready to be reopened. In theory they should’ve comped our entire meal based on us being there a total of two hours it was awesome embarrass because I had my elderly parents there for birthdays and should’ve known immediately to leave when we got there. I did tell three groups of patrons that walked in because there was no hostess that they should leave. I feel so sorry for the two waiters that they were there with no support from management with a whole bunch of angry guests. We have had a couple great experiences there with prior management and sad to say something majorly needs to change

Never go here!!! Waiter was rude. She didn’t give her name. Young 25 yr old skinny girl. No manager in site. When I asked to speak to one. We were told they don’t have one. Food was cold. We didn’t eat. But nothing was taken off. A manager didn’t come by and check on us. Don’t waste your money or time going here.

We came for my wife's birthday as we had enjoyed several prior visits. However, this time the service was slow and spotty; there were times when no servers were on the floor. Food was mediocre; the potatoes with my eggs were too salty while my eggs were bland. The fried zucchini was also too soggy. The other people in my party also said that their food was mediocre as well: smoked salmon, avocado toast, french toast, etc. Finally, I had written that we were coming for a birthday but there was no acknowledgement. Since we had little, squirmy kids with us, we just ook our check, paid and left - but the check came about 20 minutes after we had finished eating. Hopefully this was an off day but we were disappointed.
