   First time in a much anticipated Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The ambience was amazing and the Burgers were “Spot On” as Chef Ramsay would say! Will definitely return for the best burgers ever in Boston!

   Please don’t offer “gluten free” fries when you cook your fried chicken in the same fryer. It’s annoying . Burgers were good and came out quickly but it took a good ten minutes to get a side of mustard . Appreciate the gluten free bun but please change your menu regarding the fries.

   The burgers were great. Our waiter confused our orders( or perhaps we did). The onion rings were 4-5 nicely and heavily breaded-but with very little onion in that dough.

   We travelled from Ottawa, Ontario to Boston for a short vacation and were fortunate to reserve a table during our time in the city. We had an unusual request that involved our waiter agreeing to participate in a gag photo with a prop we had been carrying with us during our travels. He was very pleasant and agreeable to accommodating our request. Our meal was delicious. We had a vegetarian burger and a regular burger. Both were first rate. The regular burger was lean, not greasy and had great flavour. The vegetarian burger was moist and the texture was spot on. If you like fries don’t forget to add the truffle fries to your meal. You won’t regret it! The absolute star for us was the dessert. The cookie skillet is an absolute MUST have so make sure you save room for dessert. Thank you Gordon Ramsay Boston for making our first experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant memorable. It won’t be our last!

   So very disappointed. Planned this trip with my daughter & granddaughters for months. We were vacationing from Maryland and one of the major highlights was going to Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. Had reservations for Ramsey’s Kitchen but canceled them because of our experience at the burger place. I ordered the ABC burger, the avocado was non-existent, bottom bun was so soggy & didn’t hold up at all. Half of the burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter who said he was sorry & took it back to the kitchen. That’s the last I heard about it. My granddaughters got the Caesar’s salad which consisted of 3 leaves of lettuce and some dressing, which was very spicy. We did ask the waiter if it was spicy and he said mildly. They just picked at it. My daughter got the truffle fries and she said they were good. I did write to the company and was told that someone from the team would get back to me. So far, nothing. This was on 10/2524. Our reservation was for 16:00.
