   We had a VIP reservation. We were sat at a regular table with no VIP atmosphere involved. It took 15 minutes for our server to arrive. We ordered an appetizer of onion rings and 2 burgers. We waited 30 more minutes with no contact from our server. We ended up leaving for lack of service, communication, and attention. 0 out of 10!

   I am gluten free. The Hamburger bun is the first one I have eaten in years. The bun and hamburger is excellent. I will eat at Gordon Ramsey’s Hamburger every time in Las Vegas. Love the hamburger. 🍔

   We have eaten at GR Burger plenty of times whenever we visited Vegas but this experience was the worst ever. We made reservations from Open Table and still needed to wait when we got there. After we placed our food order, we waited over an hour without anyone telling us what happened to our food. Our waiter never came by until we waved at her to ask. The burgers looked good but it was cold. We paid over $30 for each burger with upgraded truffle fries. Burgers were not satisfying. Service was mediocre. So disappointed. Probably our last time to GR Burger but will be trying other GR restaurants.

   The wings and truffle fries were amazing, however the burger and chicken burger were just ok, nothing to rave about. The menu also didn’t have prices in store, so you had to ask how much things were or just end up getting surprised at the end. Definitely didn’t feel it was worth $130 for two burgers, fries, wings, and 2 fountain drinks.

   Nice place in the planet hollywood. Long lines all the time. Place looks easy with some touch of luxury (loved the fire at the entrance). Food is very good, service was nice but expect to wait about 30 min to have your order. Prices are quite high, but hey: you are on the vegas strip.

   Comida deliciosa Las hostess son muy apáticas, había una fila como de 30 personas, yo llegué puntual a mi reservación, había 5 mesas limpias vacías La hostess me dijo que esperara a que limpiaran la mía, y al final me sentó después de 15 minutos en las vacías que vi desde el principio

   We are here on NYE, which was exceptionally busy. Despite having reservations, it did take a minute to get seated, and the host stand could really use some sort of microphone with all the noise and people. Our server was extremely busy, but she made sure to greet us and get us waters right away. She helped me pick which burger to get, and all the wait staff was hustling to get food out. Burgers were decent, onion rings were EXCELLENT, and for some reason the ketchup was really good? Great experience, if a bit pricey, but again, it's a restaurant right on the strip on NYE.

    Dinner was delicious but very busy on New Years Eve. Plus server had some bill challenges with other tables. So we were ignored for 40 minutes. Dinner for two took 2hrs which is way too long. As for food, wonderful. Tried corn dip (5 stars), truffle burger (5 stars) blue burger (4 stars) and sticky toffee ice cream sandwich was star of the night. Save room.
