   Went to a different Gordon Ramsey Street Burger in mid-September and received a voucher for a free burger. Came to the location in Farringdon a month and a half later and they’re claiming the promotion ended in August? Really poor to be using fake promotions to get repeat business, will not be coming back. Service was also poor, had to order food using a QR code app and nobody came to ask us if we wanted any water until they showed up with our food 20 minutes after we’d ordered.

   Food good but overpriced - really small burgers for the price . Service - pleasant waitress who unfortunately didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine so had to call her manager to show her !

   Super nice staff; they went out of their way to prepare a takeaway order of (excellent) fries and a (very strong, proper) tea for our train journey, even though they were wrapping up their day.

   Disappointed. Lighting was so poor everyone had to use their phone lights to read the menu. The burgers were ok but was expecting more from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and for the price. Nothing wrong with it but nothing remarkable either - place was pretty empty for a Friday night too.

   Overpriced in my opinion, then adding 15% on top as a tip was a little cheeky. I think £60 for two burgers and chips and 5 wings to share with a coke each was high, even for London. I think if you overinflate prices and charge what you charge for an item that cost a few quid to make, and then adding another £8 on the bill was a little uncalled for. That said the food was good, not amazing. Wouldn’t return as I feel the prices and name on the door is to attract tourists. 30% of for under 30’s is also a joke. In fact I found it discriminating. Although they do add 15% back on at the end anyway.
