    Amazing fish, world class caesar salads and honestly the best hospitality I have ever encountered in a restaurant in the US — Neil was our waiter and he was amazing!

    This used to be a Pittsburgh classic for a nice evening out. Not any more. We had an early reservation (5:45) after enjoying the downtown market. They were out of many menu items. The food was not so good especially for the price. So disappointed.

    Fantastic dinner! The food was superb…hot and delicious! Taylor our server was so good! She kept checking on us and was extremely personable. Highly recommend the Grand Concourse!

    It was chaotic and the servers/valet/chefs/reception personnel were handling it with Grace and patience. The food was awesome and the buffets were kept filled. It was a very special outing with a special group of friends celebrating a wonderful holiday season. I would highly recommend the grand concourse for any special occasion.

    This was disappointing. I spoke with them three times in the weeks before our arrival where they promised me a table for 12 or at worst a table for 10 and we could squeeze two little girls in. It was my mom’s 80th birthday brunch. When we got there they shoved us in a back room against a wall at two separate tables and said they don’t do tables for 10 or 12. That was not true as I not only saw several tables for 10 but also one for 12. The service was slow and we got our drinks halfway through the brunch. I would absolutely not recommend this and I am a die hard Pittsburgher who only wants the best for our city and our restaurants-but at the tune of $715.00 for brunch this was a major disappointment on many levels.

    Food was exceptional - we’ve been doing Sunday brunch during the Christmas season here for 12+ years - this year the food was some of the best it’s been this year - however, the table service was lacking. Our drink orders were taken quickly when we were seated, only coffee and water ordered for the 8 of us - we all filled our plates at the buffet and were completely DONE eating our before the server returned with the coffee, and we finally got the attention of a neighboring server to fill our waters. Server was friendly, and claimed there was a shortage of coffee pitchers so it took longer than usual to get the coffee to us. Regardless, for $46/person at a brunch, coffee and water should have been quick and easy requests - the 18% gratuity added to our party of 8 was ridiculous for a self serve buffet and empty glasses.

    A bit crowded but that is to be expected with Christmas. Our server, Moses, was the best wait staff we have experienced anywhere (including cruises.) Please let him know we appreciated his professionalism. Meal was pricy but worth it.

    Grand Concourse is a beautiful venue steeped in history. The view of the river and downtown is amazing. The food is pretty good— probably one of the best brunch buffets I’ve ever had. Love the donut machine !! The music was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other. It finally got turned down when someone complained. The bathrooms were very dissatisfactory They needed a good cleaning and freshening as well as a supply check. If you have a good server and it’s not too crowded, def worth the money.
