   Upon arrival the hostess did not look up or recognize us for a few minutes while we just stood there. The service thereafter was poor, forgot the drinks the dinner 1 entree was forgot and delivered late after other were done. Overall a very poor experience, not customer focused from arrival throughout the meal I am very dissatisfied

   First of all, this is a new restaurant to us. We were pleasantly surprised. The food, service were excellent. Apparently they make everything from scratch. And it was impressive and it tasted like from scratch. I had the lettuce wraps which were excellent. To my taste, the chicken was a little salty, but my boyfriend thought it was great. I have to say, I was disappointed how horrible their coffee was … just horrible. when you finish off a nice dinner, it should be followed by a nice cup of coffee. In this case, the coffee kind of lessened the wonderfulness of the dinner . And it was impressive and it tasted like from scratch. I had the lettuce wraps which were excellent. To my taste, the chicken was a little salty, but my boyfriend thought it was great. The same goes for the onion soup, which I considered salty as well. My boyfriend had the filet mignon which is cooked perfectly. It seemed to be smaller than 6 ounces however.

   Thanksgiving dinner was delicious with enough leftovers to take home. Service was prompt and efficient.

   We went for thanksgiving dinner buffet. The Turkey was very moist and delicious. Had prime rib, sweet potato casserole, mussels, shrimp, salad , and desserts were all very good but $55 a little high for every thing. You can only eat so much food. But it was very good.

   Service was below par this visit. Forced 20% gratuity was not appreciated. Food was good, but not great. Knives were not sharp enough to cut the protein.

   We love the Grove, but they sat us at a table that wasn’t cleaned. There were spills on table cloth along with crumbs, plus no silverware. I had to call them over to check and ask to be moved. At the new table, it took awhile to get a server, but once he got there, he was good. The buffet was great, but I did miss pumpkin or apple pie on the desert table. This is Thanksgiving.

    Very nice Thanksgiving Day Brunch. Good selection with food being replenished frequently on the buffet line. Weren’t rushed and service was good.
