Honestly. So disappointed! The restaurant is closed, and I was still able to make a reservation. Drive all the way to the location, to see it borded up. Going under revocations I gather but the communication to potential patrons is terrible!

This is the worst location. Service was terrible. They were out of many of the items on their ayce menu. They constantly forgot to bring our food out and took forever. Marinated meats were great but will never go back to this location.

Been to other Gyu Kaku locations, but I keep coming back to the Richmond Hill location. Service has always been great, and the food is delicious.

Good selection of items. Our server was great. The 90 minute time limit is the only thing that prevents this from going to a 5 star experience.
