   We truly enjoy dining here every time. Friendly and well trained staff are amazing. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside yet very comfortable and inviting. The food is 10/10. We keep going back and haven’t been disappointed even a little.

   It was our first time here and we came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The waitress explained the menu briefly and choices of steaks. We decided to go with the Delmonico ribeye which was listed for $75. As we wrapped up our orders the waitress recommended the American Delmonico and how it was a great choice however she never mentioned that it would changed the price at all. We went with her suggestion. The food came out and the steak was not cooked to the right temp so we ultimately sent it back. Once they brought it back not much changed so we didn’t get to fully enjoy. Later once the bill was requested we were in for quite a surprise as the bill was double than what was expected. I talked to the waitress about it and she called the manager over. The mgr began to explain that it’s a different steak which is sold at market price however that is not mentioned on the menu and definitely not mentioned by your staff. She said I should have asked and that nobody ever asks the price and that customers can be offended if that is mentioned. I further explained that just because “nobody ever asks” you can’t assume that nobody ever has a budget. We knew we were coming to an upscale restaurant but imagine getting a bill from almost $600 dollars with a service charge of 20% for food you didn’t even enjoy when you expected it to be half of that price? The mgr ultimately comped our sides(which were quite bland) and that took off about $50. She continued to defend this with all kind of remarks that eluded we shouldn’t be here if we couldn’t afford it. As we were leaving, the waitress came running out the door because we had taken the wrong copy of the receipt and when we signed and gave her back the right copy she looked at it and yelled “wow thanks for nothing” unhappy with her tip. After upselling that steak ask your mgr for an extra tip because you both found every excuse that this was ok. I definitely wouldn’t return or recommend but I will say the ambiance was nice.

   We had an amazing waiter and the food was AMAZING. My boyfriend couldn’t stop eating the bread 🫣🤭

   Our recent visit to H&W Steakhouse was unfortunately underwhelming. While we had high expectations given their reputation, the experience left much to be desired. First, the wait time for our food was much longer than expected. It took an excessive amount of time for our meals to arrive. When the steak finally came, it was overcooked. We had requested a medium-rare steak, but what we received was closer to well-done. This significantly impacted the flavor and overall enjoyment of the meal. While the staff was polite and apologetic, the delays and quality issues overshadowed their efforts. For a steakhouse that prides itself on premium cuts and fine dining, this was disappointing. We hope this was just an off night, but unfortunately, it’s not an experience we are eager to repeat anytime soon. Rating: 2/5

   We went for a birthday celebration, and everything was amazing. The waygu, the sea bass, the bread, the fried lobster, the wine.. all some of the best in the city, but omg it was $700. Worth it, but pricy!

   Everything was fantastic! We started with the oysters, which were fresh and delicious. The Branzino was full of flavor, and the broccoli, seasoned with lemon pepper, was a tasty side. The mashed potatoes were creamy and satisfying, though the onions were just okay. For dessert, the butter cake wasn’t my favorite as it had a lemon flavor that didn’t quite suit my taste. Sam and Richard were exceptional waiters for the evening—they thoroughly explained each menu item and patiently answered all our questions. Their attentive service made the night even more enjoyable. Maxwell’s live music added the perfect touch to the atmosphere, creating a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
