   We had a fantastic experience! Our server was knowledgeable, conversational, and we loved learning about the foods we were eating including many native Mexican ingredients. The wine pairings were a fantastic addition and made it more special as they were regional Mexican brands. It was a wonderful night!

   Incredible- the combination of the chefs, French training and the regional ingredients were wonderful and original. We were especially pleased and surprised with the Mexican wine pairings- absolutely get the wine pairing. Do not miss out on that.

   Amazing time from when se sat down to when we left. The servers and the whole team were so knowledgeable. All the wines to when we arrived. Amazing last night in Mexico.

   Fantastic 9 course meal, wine pairings were spot on. Compared to other Michelin starred restaurants it was easy to get reservations and a great chance to experience this level of dining. Great food and experience

   En general la experiencia fue muy buena y agradable, la atención del mesero Félix fue genial. El motivo que di 4 estrellas es porque no pude evitar de comprarlo a otros restaurantes que visité en Europa con estrella Michelin y por dos platillos que por mi gusto personal eliminaría del menú. El Pato no es un platillo que agrada el paladar de la mayoría de las personas, muy fuerte. También eliminaría el postre de helado de limón, muy ácido, demasiado. No sé si siempre es así. El Filet Mignon era el platillo que más esperaba y no vino como lo pedí, me decepcionó un poco. Gracias por todo, la atención si fue excelente, todos muy amables.

   This was hands down the best meal we have ever eaten! The food was amazing - especially the signature dish of the beignets. The service was fantastic and the restaurant itself is stunning. We did not do the wine pairing, but chose a wine from the pairing menu that was fantastic (the Pinot noir that typically is paired with the beignet course) and the meal was still incredible. Each course delights all five senses, the flavors are unique and expertly balanced. Whether or not you are a “foodie,” this menu is sure to delight!

   I recently had the pleasure of dining once more this time with family at this exceptional fine dining restaurant, where the experience was nothing short of thrilling. The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service, led by the amazing sommeliers/waiters, Rolando and Ricardo. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each dish with detailed insights into the ingredients, preparation, and, most importantly, the wine pairings. The tasting journey from having escamoles - “insect caviar”, a delicacy that was as exotic as it was delightful. All dishes were expertly prepared and complemented perfectly by carefully selected wine all from Mexico, showcasing the country's emerging wine scene. The entire team was courteous and attentive, ensuring every moment of the evening was flawless. Truly one of the best dining experiences—an extraordinary blend of food, drink, and hospitality! Há, meaning water in Maya was the perfect place to celebrate life-celebración de vida. Muchas gracias!
