Located in the center of Downtown Tampa right underneath luxury apartment complex The Element , Haiku is an indoor/outdoor eatery and lounge that combines modern Izakaya cuisine with a contemporary Asian vibe to elevate the dining and nightlife experience. The menu features signature favorites including the A5 Wagyu Hot Stone and Crispy Rice Salmon and Tuna Duo. The 150-seat restaurant and lounge offers several unique dining options including two bars complete with a handcrafted cocktail menu including our house favorite Dragons Breath Martini.
Haiku is open for dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 5:00 pm-11:00 pm

    Shrimp fired rice tasted weird. Never seen that messed up before . Sea bass was good, busy side was average . Chocolate desert was pretty cool and pretty good . Wagu had by others was described as underwhelming.

    Food was nothing extraordinary. For the prices, one would think the food would be good. Sadly, extremely vanilla. Service by Kendra was outstanding.

    The food is good and tastes unique. The menu is very well made for everyone to understand the dishes and what it contains. They seemed to be running full, so got a slow service, the bartender didn't come back for a second round of drinks so had to order at the bar even though we had the table. We got our food after long wait times in series, so each of us was just waiting and watching the other person eat. The prices are a little expensive for the portion size. Wouldn't have minded the price if we had received better service.

    Food here was exceptional. Some of the best sushi around. Waiter was attentive and checked back regularly. Great ambience as well. Highly recommend Haiku

    Amazing food, service and ambience. Restaurant even gave us a free glass of champagne for our anniversary, which was very nice and unexpected.
