Holiday Experience - just ok. The “Home Alone” theme, decor, and accompanying cocktails were unique, well thought out, and awesome. The food - not so much. Way overpriced for what we got … burnt pita with the spinach and artichoke dip, an over-cooked pork chop. The hostess was incredibly rude - stayed she didn’t know how we were able to make a reservation when they were “fully booked” and we might have to wait 30 min. She could have handled that with a softer touch.

My wife and I were sat at the end of an (8) seat table that had (6) very loud and intoxicated women already sitting there and we made reservations for a table for (2). The food and waiter were very good……. When we were sat there was a note on the table that said because of the volume of patrons that had reservations you only had (2) hours to eat and leave. We had just finished our food and still had 3/4 full drinks and they asked if we would mind moving upstairs because they REALLY needed our (2) seats. We were asked after we had been at the table for an hour and ten minutes!!!! We left and will not be back………..do better H&H

Me and my friend had a GRAND time at Hamp and Harry's! I saw a video on Instagram of their holiday pop up and we decided to put in a reservation and try it out. Neither of us had gone before! From the decor, to the super friendly staff, and the amazing decor (It was Home Alone themed and wow, did they impress). I will be adding this place to my short list of favorites and hope to return!

Came for the home alone theme and was sadly disappointed. The bar area that has minimal seating is the star of the show and what’s really decorated. The main dining room isn’t and felt very deceived. Asked to sit in the bar area and wouldn’t move us due to a future reservation even though we also had a reservation also. Sodas aren’t refillable. Food is way overpriced! Kids meal for $10! 😳 Sadly won’t be returning!

I really want to love Hamp & Harry’s, but their customer service is such a turn off. We’ve had 2 poor experiences, and with so many other great places on the Square, I won’t waste my time here anymore. I was so excited to take my family to their Home Alone Christmas pop-up, but our experience was not great. We made a reservation for 4, 2 days in advance (learned the hard way on a prior visit that walk-in availability is sparse, so better to make a reservation in advance (understandable)). We arrived on time, right at opening for brunch. The main room was beautifully and cleverly decorated per their theme. However, instead of being seated in the main room, we were ushered into a side room that was somewhat decorated, but nothing like the main room with the strands of lights, and certainly nothing to write home about. I asked the hostess if we could move to the main room since enjoying the pop-up ambience was the purpose of our visit. She said it was not possible since we did not request it when we placed our reservation online. What??? Since when do customers have to indicate room preference at their booking, when none of that is stated or indicated as a choice. If you’re going to create a holiday pop-up, isn’t it reasonable to assume most visitors want to sit there? Or shouldn’t they disclose that half the restaurant is not really the pop-up and you should call or mark your preference in the notes? At this point, I was very confused. There were hardly any other guests that had arrived, so I did not understand why we could not switch. I asked to give feedback to the manager, who confirmed very directly that we could not move tables, despite there being a few 4-top tables seemingly open. He had “300 reservations booked for the day and could not accommodate every request unless I indicated it online”. Why is there a secret “code” to eat here? Their message to me: my patronage seems to be negligible to their success. So I’d rather go elsewhere.

The holly jolly was everywhere except it felt like Scrooge hired the wait staff. We showed up at 10am on a Saturday to have a very disinterested waitress tell us they weren’t serving brunch menu due to too many reservations. She said we had to order lunch. She couldn’t care less about our disappointment. It felt like we were a bother. The Christmas decorations are incredible and food was yummy overall.

Very disappointed in the Christmas pop up. The menu posted online was not available, instead a small condensed menu was given. Many of the home alone drinks were unavailable from 3-5 (which was one of the main reasons we went) The one drink we ordered because it had a character printed on the foam (photo op), when we received it, there was no character and when we asked, we were told the printer was broken. The food was mediocre at best, we ordered the poke and the tuna was very fishy. Everything was very pricey (6 oysters for $24). An order of brussels sprouts and two drinks with a tip was $86 😳 The idea was great, it just was not executed well.
