   Overpriced. Burger is nothing special. They use too much salt on everything. We wouldn't eat here again. Service was mediocre. The text on the menu is really small. Hard to see and read. This place is overrated and expensive. Better off going to Red Robin for a juicy burger.

   With a name like "Hand Cut," you'd expect the steaks to be the main event, right? Well, not quite. I ordered the Ribeye, usually a flavor-packed choice with its deliciously rendered marble fat.. Instead, I got a thinly cut piece of meat that was overcooked and had unrendered fat clinging to the edges. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, the location was spot-on, and the atmosphere was a fun blend of upscale and family-friendly casual. If only the food could catch up to the rest!

   The food here is absolutely incredible! The meat is superb, a perfectly cooked and full of flavor.    THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! From the atmosphere to the food…it’s to die for!!!! My party and I got the steak sandwich, salt and vinegar fries, the ahi , and much more! None of it failed to disappoint and it was so good! I will come back many more times and will recommend this place to anyone visiting!

    This wasn’t my first choice but we were sure happy we ended up here. We ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious as well but what put this place over the top for us was the service. Andrew was our waiter and he was great, the entire staff was. After dinner I asked for the manager to let her know how satisfied we were with our dining experience. Next time we visit Scottsdale we will be sure to return here.
