Hand Cut Chophouse is changing the way people eat burgers, steaks and all cuts of meat one meal at a time. We dedicate that every piece of meat we serve has respect for the animal and the land the animal has been raised on. Not a fan of meat? Do not worry...we have plenty of vegetarian dishes available, including many delicious salads. The dining experience at Hand Cut is also dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. We are a chophouse with fine cut steaks, pork chops, other quality meats, and steak house sides.     THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! From the atmosphere to the food…it’s to die for!!!! My party and I got the steak sandwich, salt and vinegar fries, the ahi , and much more! None of it failed to disappoint and it was so good! I will come back many more times and will recommend this place to anyone visiting!

    This wasn’t my first choice but we were sure happy we ended up here. We ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious as well but what put this place over the top for us was the service. Andrew was our waiter and he was great, the entire staff was. After dinner I asked for the manager to let her know how satisfied we were with our dining experience. Next time we visit Scottsdale we will be sure to return here.

    Always a perfect experience at Hand Cut. The servers are delightful and every menu option is fantastic. I’ve never been disappointed here.

    food was good, service was lacking and drinks took over 30 minutes to come out from the bar. we didn't want to order a second round due to how long the first round took. Also appetizers took 40 minutes or more to come out.

    Too loud and raucous; only one single stall bathroom (per sex) - had to wait a while to get in. Food was good especially the creamed corn. Service was great.
