   Dined here over the weekend and wasn’t busy at all, staff were rather slow at coming over to serve us. Asked for my burger to be well done and had blood coming out the sides and was making my chips all soggy. Wasn’t a very good experience overall and gutted as been to Hard Rock Cafe before and been great.

   Pessima gestione. Era previsto un concerto Live e par causa dello sciopero dei mezzi (così ci è stato detto) è stato annullato senza nessun tipo di preavviso. Pertanto, visto che il motivo di recarci all'hard rock cafè era quello del concerto tanto decantato sui social, abbiamo deciso di andare a cenare altrove!! Visto però che nella prenotazione sono richiesti la mail, il cellulare e quant'altro, considerato che siete niente po' po' di meno che "l'Hard Rock Cafè", prendete quantomeno in considerazione l'ipotesi di inviare una comunicazione dell'annullamento dell'evento.

   We visited from the USA in November and enjoyed live music by an outstanding rockabilly band upstairs. Good food and value with excellent service and terrific tunes!

   The restaurant was not very full, we waited about 30min for someone to come take our order. Then we waited another 15 for the drinks (and for food which came quickly after the drinks).

   We were very disappointed. Our first night in Milan, we (2 couples) wanted to catch the Hard Rock, but were really wanting som authentic Italian pasta. The on-line Hard Rock menu had a “local” menu in addition to the regular Hard Rock menu we’ve seen in other countries. The menu was very limited, but had some very interesting and delicious looking pasta dishes. On arriving and getting seated, after looking at the menu, I asked to see the “local menu” that I/we saw online? I was told the local menu was discontinued back in April, and that it was no longer offered. It was a somewhat matter-of-fact notification, we were so disappointed. What is so broken within the Hard Rock organization that the website for a particular location still shows menu offerings that were taken off the menu six months ago? We did stay and ordered off the menu. Excellent as it always is. But we came for the authentic fare shown on the local menu and we were so looking forward to it and /tasting and seeing how the Hard Rock kitchen/Chef put their twist/interpretation on several Italian dishes. I did appreciate receiving a 10% discount in the hard rock store, as well as the 10% discount I received on our dinner that we received from my wearing my Hard Rock t-shirt shirt I purchased when we were in Poland last year.

   Poor quality of food. The burger nor the pasta , did not meet our expectations. Nice wine and bread. Nice and polite service
