The new Hard Rock Cafe Venice is located directly behind the main tourist attraction of the city and one of the world’s most famous squares, St. Mark’s Square, which is home to the ornately decorated St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace as well as a number of museums, shops, and cafes. Our cafe, which is located in a historic building offering 360 square meters of space, incorporates an authentic Venetian style with tasteful decor, wide windows with panoramic views of the canal, and a handmade glass chandelier hanging in the center of the restaurant and was made right here in the famous Murano glass factory. The server missed one of our party's meal and instead of apologising gave them an empty plate, I don't know whether this was meant as a joke but this was not explained and it took some time before this was eventually rectified. I enjoyed my steak salad meal but by the time we all had our meals we had finished. Eventually we had an apology and some money off the bill but it upset some of our party and as a result the evening was not enjoyed. Some of us wanted dessert but left as others were not happy.

We were put on a tiny table pushed in between other people when plenty other spare tables ! When asked to move they said no. Worst hard rock Iv been to , was small and not the same vibes

I've been to a few Hard Rock Cafes and this definitely the most disappointing. The service was ok but the food options and quality was underwhelming. The Cafe itself was also a disappointment as there was very little memorabilia. It felt like little more than a novelty pop up restaurant than a fully fledge Hard Rock Cafe. In a city as beautiful and richly populated with great food like Venice. Save your money, visit the Hard Rock shop near the Rialto and eat somewhere else. It's really not worth it.

We prepare more that 110 scratch recepies daily, all our sauces cold and hot are home made, our burgers are fresh and all our vegetables and bread are KM0 and delivered daily. As per the Memorabilia, we have plenty both in the Cafe and in the Rialto store, with rare pieces like the first ever Metallica's contract. Dans l'ensemble ça reste le Hard Rock Café. Mais le service pas top, le personnel est sympa , mais nous avons reçu les entrées et pas les boissons, il a fallu les demander, une fois qu'on a eu les boissons, les plats sont arrivés et nous n'avions pas encore fini de manger les entrées, ça n'a pas tracassé le serveur, il a tout poussé et mis nos plats sur la table . Habitué aux Hard Rock Café des différentes villes qu'on a visité, c'est la première fois que ça se passe comme ça. Dommage.
