   US filet was great! Tomato soup and grilled cheeses was great. Risotto was gummy. Beautiful location and great ambiance.

   We go to Harry's every year on our anniversary from the U.S, it is always such a beautiful blessing to have dinner there sadly this time the food was lacking. Dinner was a total of $450 us dollars for 2 and I hate to say it just was not what I was expecting in guilty for the cost.

   Absolutely epic from start to finish . One of the most spectacular restaurants I have ever visited. Food was divine and the service simply the best !

   We celebrated a birthday at Harry’s Steakhouse in Cancun, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked steaks and flavorful sides that exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure our group felt special throughout the evening. The elegant ambiance added to the festive vibe, making it a memorable occasion. It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it for a special celebration. Highly recommend for upscale dining in Cancun!

   Maybe should have read more reviews before picking out this spot for dinner. It’s not a relaxing place to have dinner if that’s what you’re after. Very loud club music, staff constantly hustling around us and just a frenetic vibe overall. Maybe other tables would offer a quieter experience but we were in the thick of it. Food was decent - pork chop and octopus entrees but nothing amazing. Vegetable sides were bland. The dessert we ordered - fried Oreos with ice cream and sauces was amazing. Maybe that and the complementary cotton candy are the highlights. Ha ha. I would only recommend if you want a loud, crazy dinner to people watch.

   We didn’t eat much. Split a 9 oz filet. Which was chewy. The creamed spinach had really no cream or flavor. And the mashed potatoes had no flavor or seasoning. Meh. Go to La Mandala instead folks.

    Extremely Disappointing and Potentially Dangerous Experience We had an alarming and upsetting experience at Harry’s Steakhouse. My girlfriend has severe, life-threatening allergies, which we emphasized to four separate staff members at four different times to ensure there would be no cross-contamination. She ordered a wedge salad (no dressing), a Wagyu filet, and French fries—all very simple items to accommodate her allergies. Despite our clear warnings, by the end of the salad with no dressing, her lips were inflamed, and she started itching around her ears—obvious signs of an allergic reaction. Terrified, she couldn’t even touch the steak or fries when they arrived, fearing further contamination. The staff showed no accountability for the situation. Despite her not eating any of the meal due to the clear mishandling of the wedge salad we were still charged in full. This is beyond classless—it’s reckless. For a place with such a reputation (and prices), this lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable. If you have food allergies or any dietary restrictions, I strongly advise against dining here.
