    Certainly a wonderful experience. Expect the bill to be a little more than you imagined. Service was excellent and they have plenty of wait staff to cover your needs.

    The food was very bland and the waitstaff wasn’t helpful. Very slow service. Not worth the money. Plenty of better restaurants to go to in Cancún. We’ve been before and it was good, but something has changed.

    Overall it was a good experience not great but my expectations for a resort town steakhouse were appropriate. The steaks (US and Australian filets) were cooked perfectly however if you are accustomed to a more “seasoned” steak or one finished in butter you will be disappointed. These are finished with finishing salt and that’s it so really a personal preference. Kids had burgers which are large (three teenagers didn’t finish) but also well prepared. They did forget our salad and potatoes but the manager acknowledged this before we even brought it up and they were not on the bill - he also provided us some coupons which was a nice touch. The cotton candy at the end of the meal is a nice touch. Ambiance is awesome and the DJ played a great mix without it ever feeling too loud.
