   AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Excellent food and staff was very attentive. We sat on the patio to watch the sunset and it was beautiful! Music outside was a little loud but didn’t ruin the experience. The dry aged steaks are to die for!

   Our group of four had a fabulous evening at Harrys. Service was excellent (Juan and team) with the requested pace and order of service delivered. Good recommendations were made. Food met or exceeded our expectations. Shrimp cocktail, Rocca Shrimps and baked oysters were all on point. Steaks were served family style with sides of corn, mac and cheese and grilled veggies. Desserts were excellent. Cocktails and wine were very enjoyable. Great evening.

   Harry’s is an excellent restaurant if you’re looking for a fine dining experience in Cancún, everything about the restaurant is fantastic from the food to the service and ambiance. Will definitely be making another trip here the next time I’m in town and would highly recommend it!

   We came to Cancun for a 2-week celebration of our 32nd wedding anniversary 💍💖. After careful research, we booked a reservation at Harry’s for our special night on 11/7/24 at 7:30 pm. Dressed up and excited, we arrived at 7:20 pm. Unfortunately, the experience started to unravel from the moment we pulled up. 😞 🚗 Valet? Barely looked up from their phones. 👩‍💼 Hostess? Greeted us, then led us to a “lounge” area where the table was so low, we couldn’t sit comfortably without bending our legs uncomfortably. 🍹 We ordered a cocktail, hoping the night would improve. Instead, A/C vent above my husband started dripping on him! We asked to move, and they relocated us, but it was still in the lounge. After waiting, we asked about our dinner seating, as no one in the lounge had food. The waiter shrugged, saying he didn’t know 🤷 and that others had been moved indoors due to rain. We mentioned it was our anniversary and that we had a reservation. His response? "I don’t know what to tell you, sorry." 😠 At that point, we realized they didn’t care about our special night. We asked for the bill, and suddenly the waiter offered to “try and find a table,” but it’d “be a while.” When we declined, another staff member halfheartedly tried to seat us elsewhere as we were steps from leaving. I left with tears in my eyes 💔, devastated that our special night was overshadowed by this poor experience. But, the night wasn’t over. Back at our resort, after a few tapas we were leaving the dining room and my amazing husband took my hand, and we danced to live music 🎶💃🕺. In that moment, I knew I had everything I needed. Grateful for 32 years with this wonderful man 💞

   Harry's is the restaurant to book upon your stay in Cancun. It blew our expectation's for cuisine and service. The staff sat us near the water for an unforgettable view for a night to remember. The food was on point, mouthwatering, and the vodka martinis were to die for. The Kobe steak left us without words. Just when we thought we had enough, they surprised with not one but two desserts to help celebrate our evening. One being a delicious cake and the other being a cotton candy extravaganza. Can't wait to come back!

   We have been coming to Harrys since 2012. It never fisappoints with exceptional service and THE best martinis The steaks are cooked to perfection and the sides are delicious. Don’t miss the corn with truffles. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

    We returned to Harry’s last night (Nov 4, 2024) after visiting for the first time in June 2024. We will not go back a third time. For what it is, the prices are steep…steaks are, minimum, $70. We don’t drink and aren’t big eaters. Waiters seem disappointed. We had a lovely salad and two delicious entrees, an 8 oz hamburger with wonderful fries and a lobster roll. The bill was $90. It was our anniversary and we said this in our reservation with open table. All kinds of celebrations and sparklers going off around us for birthdays and anniversaries…ours was ignored. The worst part was the smell of raw sewage if you sit on the patio. This ruined any part of the meal that was positive. We love other Anderson restaurants (Ilios and Nicoletta), but after two attempts, this one is off our list. Note to Anderson: could you please try to suit your music to the character of the restaurant? Every Anderson restaurant we’ve visited has the same boom-boom beat! Great for Ilios, but does not fit the ambiance for all the others.
