   My experience at Harry’s was great! The staff are all respectful, welcoming, and quick to serve. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, making the experience enjoyable. As for the food, it is absolutely delicious, but the portions are quite small, especially the pasta. They should consider increasing the portion sizes. Overall, this is my second visit, and I still love their food and ambiance. I will definitely come back again.

   The restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but the staff are overly talkative and intrusive, especially when the guests at the table are women, which is not appropriate for our culture in Qatar. Moreover, every time we order, they respond with ‘Only this?’ in a way that feels like they are pressuring us to order more. When it was time to pay, they did not provide the receipt—just the payment terminal with the amount already entered. When I asked to see the receipt, which was already in his hand, he acted surprised!

   Always facing same problem with hosts and setting arrangements as they always keep me waiting and does not arrange for the setting properly and their usual excuse is the tables outside per reservation though I come based on online reservation as well i don’t show as a walk in!! They need to work more on their customer service as it is not up to the Harry’s level comparing to London

   Probably the worst meal of my trip so far. The CRUDO DI TONNO was bland, even the fennel had no flavour followed by the LINGUINE VONGOLE which was average, I have eaten much better. The wine I wanted was out of stock and they had also ran out of small bottles of still and sparkling water!!!!!! I said I didnt want a large bottle for one. The waiter gave me some still water from the staff water. Not impressive especially as it’s set in a 5 star hotel.

   The service at harry’s dolce vita was absolutely perfect it made me feel as comfortable as being in my own home. The staff were amazing, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful, and I loved the interior and design. Most of the food was great, making the overall experience truly enjoyable!

   The staff Hamza was not helpful and not polite to us. We asked him about margarita pizza he said not available , we asked for other options he said we only have this and that with rude and forced voice tone. If happened to visit again I will not choose to be served by him again.

    Very noisy place. Noise was like in the bar, not in a restaurant. There was lot of staff, but service was very poor. And in the back ground they were dropping anything many times and talking to each other and laughing. In menu was rib eye- they bring a part of leg. Whole sea bass was 1/4 of the seabass, like they collected a leftovers of the fish and served it. Tiramisu was just disaster- biscuit was all dry. Its like they tool biscuits and covered with whipped cream- it was nothing to do with tiramisu. Very big disappointment!
