   Beautiful open air island vibe, eating under the banyan tree surrounded by hanging light globes and torches. Every dish was exceptional. Food and wine offerings were thoughtful, accommodating the vegetarians as well as the non-vegetarians. Our server was delightful and attentive. Bravo!

   Dinner was cold. They didn’t have enough salad dishes so they served our salad on little plates then served our entrees at the same time. Amateurish for sure. Lovely setting.

   The Champagne came to the table late & warm. The entrees arrived before we finished the appetizer. The server was very nice and the food was excellent.

   What a lovely spot! We were seated outside looking toward the beach, which was sensational, though the inside/bar area was beautiful. Brunch was fantastic, as was our server. A perfect place to spend a late morning. My partner said the Benedict was the best EVER, and I have to agree. My Shakshuka was also wonderful.

   Our server Jordan was awesome! We have been to Hau Tree numerous times and every time is magical. Thank you for always keeping that ALOHA spirit, will continue to enjoy your place!

   Service staff is very good but host and hostess are not efficient. When we (entire party) arrived about 20 min early they made us wait even though the table was ready and we said we were going to start ordering our meal. They said, there were people who had reservations ahead of us and they need to seat them first even though no one else was waiting to be seated!!! So they basically sat us at our table at 12 noon (our reservation time) while they were idling at the host area chit chatting and doing nothing. It’s happened 2x in one week! Wouldn’t have gone if we didn’t have guests. There are better areas in Waikiki to bring visitors where we don’t have to deal with this nonsense.

    It was a lovely experience. The food was really very good! Of course, the setting is stunning, and we had a table right on the beach. My only concern was that our waitress didn't check on us after we received our food. She was nowhere to be found, and I had to go to the hostess stand to get attention. Everything else was wonderful.
