    Service was subpar. The waiter took our food and drink order and that was the last time we saw him at our table. Never checked in to see if we got everything we needed. We ordered drinks from the bar and never got them. We had to stop another staff member and tell them we ordered drinks and didn’t get them to make sure the drinks weren’t on our bill. The gentleman that did help us after our waiter disappeared was able to take the drinks off and gave us a complimentary cider. The food was okay. Hamburger had no seasoning to it and was just bland. The fish and chips were the same, lacking salt and acidity. Which is kind of disappointing especially since the chef behind the name of the restaurant is always up on flavor. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Not worth the hype.

    The whole experience was delicious we had the Sunday roast, chicken and beef and it was so delicious ❤️❤️❤️

    Got the kitchen table experience, servers and kitchen staff were not too present. For a kitchen table experience, not much of a premier experience

    The food was brilliant and it was really nice that they made an extra effort with a birthday desert. The service was good, but they were so busy that they couldn’t treat everybody as good as they may like to. The Ambience was really nice, but the doors let in to much cold wind wen customers came in. There was always e breeze. It was still were nice. We would definitely come back again.

    Early lunch, great venue, can get a bit noisy during the weekday lunch time. Very excited patrons. And so they should be.

    The Wellington Experience was delicious and great value for money. The welcome drink was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. The venue and location was great. The ambience in the restaurant was lovely. The toilets were tidy. Our waitress was not the friendliest to start off with but all the other waiting staff and staff were lovely.

    Food was great albeit the restaurant was relatively quiet for a Sat night and chilly, hence impacted the ambiance. However, main frustration was the service. The waiter was very friendly and helpful but just over stretched - seemed to be the only server in our area and as a result service was very slow. That said, service from the kitchen was slow given how quiet it seemed. As a result, we had to chase a couple of times - to order and for our food. It was worth the wait but shouldn’t have been the case hence adversely impacted our experience.

    We visited the Heddon street restaurant for a cocktail making masterclass to celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday. We had a brilliant time made all the better by our mixologist Alp. He was knowledgeable, informative, personable and a real asset to Heddon Street. I will definitely recommend this activity.
